How to use
1. Slicer
- Press thumb-lever to disengage screw regulator, and pull handle and shaft out completely
- Unscrew handle from shaft, turn handle out, then fit threaded hole to end of shaft, hold shaft still with over hand, and turn handle clockwise until tight
- To attach the tool to any flat, smooth surface, hold the base with one hand and swing suction clamp lever towards the handle with the other hand. The tool should be firmly fixed to the surface
- Select one end of the potatoes, and make it to be a plane with a knife (it will be fixed to the prongs easily)
- Push a potato into the bamboo stick, put the bamboo stick into the hole, then use your hand to fix the flat side of the potato to the prongs
- Turn the handle clockwise to engage the screw regulator and process the potato
- When the potato has been completely sliced, disengage the screw regulator, pull shaft out completely by pulling on the handle and remove the bamboo stick from the hole.
2. Adjusting Blade
- To adjust slicing blade, loosen slicing blade wing nut, adjust slicing blade, put the hole of slicing blade and hole on the straight line, tighten slicing blade wing out
