Shipping Policy
We keep little stock. Most items are ordered on demand and shipped from our forwarding warehouse based overseas. The product price already includes Insurance and any customs fees if your order is under R2000.
The shipping fee is R65. However, we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over R600.
Handling time: 1 - 3 working days (Bonzi has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests.)
Orders are delivered to our customers in around 7 - 15 working days with private couriers only. We have a dedicated team to keep things moving quickly, and we will keep you updated on your order via SMS, email & WhatsApp. If the courier is unable to reach you, it will then be sent to your nearest PAXI collection point to ensure delivery.
Note: When you place an order for a product from Bonzi.co.za, Identity Documents (ID information) may be required for customs clearance.
Customs regulations in certain countries require you to provide ID for customs clearance. Bonzi safely & securely stores the ID information in order to transmit the information to the carrier and Customs officials. This process allows your packages to clear Customs without additional delay.

Return Guarantee
For whatever reason, if you are unsatisfied with your order within 7 days you can return it to us in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges.
DOA Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and provide clear and valid proof. Bonzi will make compensation based on the damage situation.
Missing/Wrong Items Guarantee
If you receive a parcel with missing/incorrect/secondary packing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the relevant proof. Bonzi will make compensation based on the damage situation.
Estimate Total Delivery Time
Before your order is shipped, Bonzi has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality-control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.
