Operation steps:
1. Slide the paper cutter onto the paper.
2. Pull a piece of paper through a larger slot in the device.
3. Once the paper reaches the desired length, slide the wrapping paper cutter to the end of the reel so that the paper falls into the slot inserted by the blade.
4. Now gently push the wrapper cutter to clean the paper.
5. After slicing, just put the wrapping paper cutter back into the center of the wrapping paper.
